I got some good advice from my attorney that now was the time to take care of any pain so that the insurance company would pay for it, and not try to tough it out and not get it taken care of before the case closed. If anyone is reading this and considering a lawyer, get one. Don't think "it will be ok", what if it's not? If insurance is going to cover your treatment now, utilize it. Don't ignore the pain and delay treatment until it is too late to have insurance cover it. If you need a recommendation for a lawyer to help with this, I can recommend Torklaw.
